Downhill Runs
Wildflower – This downhill course will test your physical and mechanical capabilities, utilizing your suspension and technical riding skills. Frequently used in many national and state professional downhill races, the Wildflower trail with its steep and technical rocky sections can be accessed individually or by a variety of other trails in the park.
Lil’ Gritty – If you love fast, fun and flowing, this downhill course is for you. Featuring an ample amount of jumps, launches and drops this trail may not be for the weak willed. If you’re up for the challenge this trail can be mixed with a variety of other trails to customize your own experience.
Cross Country
Brian Head Peak Access Trail – This short ascent from Brian Head Peak is used to gain access to the Sidney Peaks Trail Head and many more mountain bike trail options. This trail crosses the exposed south side of Brian Head Peak and offers some of the most stunning flowery meadow views.
Color Country – If witnessing scenic Southern Utah is what you would like to do then look no further. This top to bottom trail offers a gradual winding descent through a variety of scenic delights; lush meadows, bubbling springs, dense forest and the famous Southern Utah red-rock vistas.
Timberline – This trailhead is famous locally and internationally. Most riders often use this trail as a warm up before moving on to bigger and gnarlier things, but this classic trail will still put a smile on your face.
Six Trail Loop – Brian Head is known as one of Utah’s best kept secrets. Well this trail is no exception and is yet another one of Brian Head’s undiscovered gems. The six trail loop is a combinations of trails looping through higher elevations of Brian Head Peak. The six trails together are: Color Country, Peak Access Trail, Sidney Peak Trail, Dark Hollow, Mace’s and Timberline. Saving this trail for last may be wise as it offers some of the most diverse and spectacular views this side of the country.
